Welcome to Diversity Hub
Diversity Hub offers a range of life changing programmes for social benefit. We use our professional expertise, to create training and coaching that results in a powerful change in individuals and communities. The landscape that shapes our work is ever changing, but the philosophy that underpins our work does not: we never underestimate the contribution of the individual in transforming our communities. Our work supports many of todays important issues: Communities working together We work with different community groups to help them better understand their peers and develop the understanding and respect needed in building sustainable communities. We often work with those who have felt excluded and give them the confidence to challenge convention and open up new conversations. Conflict Management We offer a comprehensive programme that eradicates bullying in schools and the work place Our work with gangs, offenders and their victims reduces violent behaviour and it's consequences. Giving Youth a Voice The Youth Leadership Foundation provides young people with emotional resilience and a platform to take leadership skills into voluntary and employed roles. Our Heritage Based in Leicester, the UK's first 'Super Diverse' city, Diversity Hub has spent 25 years committed to the principals of working together and our outcomes and performance reflect our ongoing dedication to social good.
