Bespoke training to ensure young people and children can get their voice out and take leadership, or work in partnership alongside adults. For example, as the Participation Partner with Creative Partnerships in Leicester, we trained and coached Young Consultants so they could compare System Upgrade and Creative Arena celebration conferences for 500 young people and adults, and run their own workshops for their peers.
