This new publication was produced as part of Diversity Hub’s work with Creative Partnerships Leicester as their participation partner.  We have documented our work in this capacity, along with the work we have been doing over the past 10 years putting young people at the heart of building community cohesion. It sits alongside the Hear By Right standards framework for organisations.

The outcome is a workbook that adults can use to do their own health check on their own practice.  However, many people find they learn best if they are in a supportive peer group undergoing facilitated learning.  The team of adults and young people who wrote and contributed to the publication are available to train adults in professional or other groups.  Please contact us if you would like to take this route.  Otherwise, do download Empowering Young People: adults as allies.  We hope you enjoy your reading and reflection.
